Challans

Located 6 miles from the Atlantic ocean, Challans is the second largest town in the county.

Markets : Tuesday, Friday and Saturday morning.

Not to be missed:

Yesteryear Challans – Thursdays 19 and 26 July and  9 and 16 August.
A day in 1910 organised by 1700 voluntary workers.

Show jumping– International jumping competitions in July

La Foire des Minées – industrial and commercial exhibition in September
